Drumroll please….it’s been a long time coming, and it’s finally here….my first THREE episodes of the Wide Awakened Healing Podcast are now available for consumption! YAY!

I’m SO happy and very proud of these episodes. My guests are incredible women who are very accomplished in their respective fields, extremely humble, and right smack dab in the middle of living an awakened life.

Episode One: 5 Simple Steps to Hearing Your Body’s Message

Episode Two: Yoga and Ayurveda for deep healing, with Blissful Yogini, Rupali Embry (We discuss the benefits of yoga, Ayurveda, healing naturally from Hashimoto’s, and much more!)

Episode Three: The power of music with visionary singer-songwriter Lucie Lynch

(Head over to each post to find the episodes, or go directly to iTunes)

In my first podcast episode, I take you through 5 easy steps so you can uncover the message your body has for you right now. If you’re in pain, have a chronic illness, or experience another physical symptom, and would like to know how to tune into your own inner healer, this episode is for you.

I work with people to help them hear what their body is trying to tell them in the form of a health challenge or symptom. There is always a message, and you always have access to it. Knowing what it is can mean the difference between healing or not.

Here’s a quick look at the 2 of the 5 steps: 1. Surrender, 5. Take Action on the message. What’s in the middle? Take a listen and find out!

After you’ve listened to the episode, if you enjoyed it, please do rate, review and subscribe over on iTunes. When we get a lot of reviews in the first several weeks, we get on the New and Noteworthy list in iTunes, which is a huge honor, and where others like you can find us to help them on their healing journey.

Be a part of this revolution of healing from the inside out! When you empower yourself, you empower others, having a beautiful ripple effect and making our world a more conscious, gracious place to live. All change begins with you.

Take your power back. Heal yourself. Change the world.

Thank you thank you thank you!
Tarah
